Great toy but not for strong chewers! My Brittany puppy absolutely loved these toys! She had both the small and medium ones. I took the small one away when it started to show a lot of wear. The medium one looked fine and all of a sudden I found a piece of it in the puppy's cage that she had been able to chew completely off! If she had swallowed it it may have created a bad situation. I wouldn't recommend these for really strong chewers.
