Not for teaching or for chewers We bought these for our smarty Australian Sheppard thinking we could teach him the A B C's. I read the description Did you know pups can learn up to 50 words in any language? Get them started early with these babyblanketsoft and squeaky blocks. Pretty soon they will be spelling WOOF on their own! but didn't look at the image close enough I guess. The letter A B and C is on every ball not each ball which makes a little more difficult to use as I thought we could. The product description is a little misleading. Our dog isn't really a chewer and I knew they were a soft toy when buying them but decided to chew on this one. May be nice for us as a cat toy but for the dog he chewed the squeaker out in a matter of seconds so wouldn't recommend it.
My dog's favorite toy Yes it's a soft toy so if your dog is a chewer these aren't good. My Tibetan Terrier however doesn't chew her toys. She loves this toy and can even throw it to me. She hasn't learned to read but I really didn't expect that. She's had one of these since she was a puppy and still carries it around.
